Guardiax only analyses publicly available information. The email addresses and URLs you scan are sent to our analysis engine, processed, and immediately discarded. Nothing is logged, stored, or associated with you.

Guardiax is an internet safety application developed and operated by Fasulloland ("we", "us", "our"). Our contact address is privacy@fasulloland.com. Our website is https://guardiax.fasulloland.com.
When you use Guardiax to perform a scan, the email address, domain name, or URL you submit is transmitted to our analysis API for processing. This is the only data we receive. We do not collect:
The email address, domain, or URL you submit is used solely to perform the requested analysis and return a result to your device. It is processed in memory, never written to persistent storage, and discarded immediately after the response is returned. We do not use it for any other purpose.
We retain no data. Scan inputs and outputs are not logged, stored, or retained in any form. Our API infrastructure is stateless by design. There is no user account, no scan history, and no database of submitted queries.
Guardiax analyses publicly available information from third-party sources including breach notification databases, DNS record systems, WHOIS registries, and domain reputation feeds. We query these services on your behalf. We do not share your submitted data with these services beyond what is necessary to perform the lookup — i.e., the domain or email address itself, which is already public information by nature.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. We do not share data with advertisers. The only data transmission that occurs is between your device and our analysis API for the purpose of performing the scan you requested.
All communication between the Guardiax app and our API is encrypted in transit using TLS. Our API infrastructure does not maintain logs of incoming queries beyond standard server-level access logs required for security monitoring, which are retained for a maximum of 7 days and contain no personally identifiable information.
Guardiax is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our application, please contact us at privacy@fasulloland.com.
Because we store no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about our data practices or wish to exercise any rights under applicable privacy law (including GDPR or CCPA), please contact us at privacy@fasulloland.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Guardiax after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
